Bradley F. Schwartz, DO and Mrs. Avis Hines

Bradley F. Schwartz, DO and Mrs. Avis Hines would like to honor the life of Victor Cook. Victor was born during an era of time that did not accept difference. If he had been born in today’s world, he would have had a different life. He developed a speech impediment just before the age of two and was diagnosed with mild retardation. Victor was not allowed to enroll in the local public school so he entered the Wells School for the mentally retarded.
