Celia M. Howard Fellowship Fund

The Simon Institute and the SIU Foundation will partner with the Celia M. Howard Fellowship Fund to provide opportunities for students at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Hosting a Howard Fellow at the Simon Institute will allow a student to gain real-world experience in public service, government and public policy which will give the student a significant advantage in finding a permanent job after graduation.
