Donald C. Rockey, MD

Donald C. Rockey, MD would like to honor and perpetuate the memory of Dr. Marybelle Keim, a professor of higher education at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, who died in January 2011 after battling cancer. She served as a faculty member at Virginia Tech and University of Missouri-Kansas City before moving to SIU in 1985 where she focused much of her research and teaching on the organization and administration of higher education and community college education.
