Dr. Charles R. and Dr. Patricia A. Spruill

Charles and Patricia Spruill of Charlotte, North Carolina would like to demonstrate their appreciation for the education they received at SIUC. Charles and Patricia spent three enjoyable, productive years as graduate students on the campus of SIU. Each was awarded a Ph.D. in Economics in 1975.
