Dr. Cynthia Howard Sims

Dr. Cynthia Howard Sims has been a professor of workforce diversity and inclusion in the Department of Workforce Education and Development in the College of Education and Human Services since 2005. She has worked to demonstrate her value of cultural, ethnic, gender, and class diversity; equity; and social justice via her teaching, research, service, and mentoring programs. She is interested in recognizing and awarding an undergraduate student for his/her efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, social justice, and/or equal access.
