Dr. Jnanendra K. and Mrs. Tripti Bhattacharjee

Dr. Jnanendra K. and Mrs. Tripti Bhattacharjee would like to assist with and foster the research endeavors of graduate students in Microbiology. Dr. Bhattacharjee worked with Dr. Lindegren during his time on SIUC campus from 1961 to 1965, receiving his Ph.D. degree in 1966 and hopes other students have the same opportunity as he did. Therefore Dr. Bhattacharjee, fellow American academy of microbiology and Emeritus Professor, Miami University Oxford, Ohio, has established this fund.
