Dr. Joe S. and Mrs. Jody Bales Foote

Dr. and Mrs. Foote established the Foote Scholarship in the College of Mass Communication and Media Arts Fund to support students in the college. Dr. Foote is a former faculty member and Dean of the SIU Carbondale College of Mass Communication and Media Arts and Jody Foote is an alum of the College of Liberal Arts.
