Dr. Wendell E. Keepper

In recognition of his dedicated leadership in expanding the Agriculture program at SIU Carbondale during his tenure from 1950 through 1974, including the establishment of the School of Agriculture as a separate academic unit of which he served as the first Dean (1955-1974), the SIU Carbondale Agriculture Alumni, Classes of 1950 through 1958 and 1960 through 1974 are proud to establish the Keepper Heritage Scholarship Fund, in honor of Dr. Wendell E. Keepper.
