Hazel E. Loucks, Ph.D.

Hazel Loucks was a professor in the College of Education and Human Services from 1989 to 1994 and served as Illinois Deputy Governor for Education and Workforce from 1999-2003. Upon her retirement as Deputy Governor, friends and family established this fund in her honor due to the significant impact she made to students’ lives on this campus. This fund is being established by various donors for the benefit of students who intend to become educators upon their graduation from this College.
