Lisa Franke was a former partner at Hepler, Broom, MacDonald, Hebrank, True & Noce, LLC. Ms. Franke received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1979 and her Juris Doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1982. During law school, Ms. Franke was a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Team.
