Howell Financial Services

Mr. Howell is a two degree alumnus of SIUC, earning his BS in Accounting in 1980 and his Juris Doctor in 1983. The establishment of this scholarship is a result of a desire to give back to the University and southern Illinois, and to promote education for future generations of students from Randolph County.
