Mark E. Stenftenagel and Margaret D. Stenftenagel

Mr. Mark E. Stenftenagel, a 1973 Design graduate, and his wife, Mrs. Margaret Stenftenagel, a 1972 Education and Human Services graduate, established this scholarship to assist students studying Design at SIU Carbondale. Mr. Stenftenagel is the founder and CEO of a successful and diverse interior design firm, Whitney, Inc. Mr. Stenftenagel truly believes that designers will change the world and by way of this scholarship he hopes to make that possible.
