Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Clark

The Melvin and Denise Clark Rail Transportation Scholarship was established by Mr. Melvin Clark, a senior executive with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Authority and a CASA graduate (AAS, Electronics Technology, ’82; BS, Advanced Technical Studies, ’85), to help students in the Electronic Systems Technology (EST) Program, School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies, finance their educations.
