Susie is currently Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Chicago-based Element 79, a leading advertising agency with more than 100 employees, working on such high profile accounts such as Con Agra and Harris Bank. Susie joined Element 79 in 2002 in its inaugural year. Element 79’s startup was the largest advertising agency start-up in history. Before joining Element 79, she held positions with Arthur Andersen and Leo Burnett & Co.
