Mr. John S. Butchar

John S. Butchar was a 1958 Masters graduate in Rehabilitation Counseling from the SIUC’s College of Education and Human Services’ Rehab Institute. Mr. Butchar’s love is SIUC, and the degree work completed here endeared him to want to establish an endowment which would open opportunities for future generations of students to achieve meaningful, rewarding careers.
