Mr. Marvin K. and Mrs. Melanie K. Kaiser

After more than forty years experience in the area of finance and accounting, Marvin Kaiser retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of The Doe Run Resources Corporation in February 2006. He graduated from New Athens Illinois Community High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He has two sons and a daughter.
