Mr. W. Kirby Lockard & Mrs. Peggy Lockard

Melvin C. and Zella Mangold Lockard’s memory is being honored by their son and daughter-in-law, W. Kirby Lockard and Peggy Hamilton Lockard, of Tuscon, Arizona. Melvin and Zella attended SIU. Melvin was a member of the SIU Board of Regents and the Illinois Board of Higher Education. Zella was active in the Illinois PTA organization and served as its state president. Both Melvin and Zella were committed and devoted to education.
