Mrs. Billie C. Jacobini

The H. B. Jacobini Memorial Scholarship honors the career accomplishments of Professor H.B. Jacobini, who taught in the Department of Political Science from 1957 until his death in 1990. During his tenure at SIU, Dr. Jacobini published eight books and dozens of articles, gaining international recognition as a Scholar in his field.
