Don was asked to come out of retirement as a partner with Ernst and Young in San Diego to be the Partner in Charge at Grant Thornton LLP in San Diego. At Ernst and Young, Don was the Leader of both the Pacific Southwest Area Emerging Growth Markets and the Venture Capital Advisory Group. Prior to these roles, he was the Assurance and Advisory Business Services Managing Partner for the Ohio Valley Area.
