Mrs. Mary S. Walker Brigham

Mrs. Mary S. Walker Brigham established this fund in memory of James ‘Boom Boom’ Walker of Carbondale, Illinois. Jim earned two degrees from SIUC, a BS in Geography in 1952 and a MS in Education in 1957. He remained a loyal supporter of his alma mater and an avid Saluki Sports enthusiast.
