Mrs. Susan L. Phillips

Mrs. Phillips established the Edwin D. Phillips Debate Team Scholarship to assist Debate Team members and help offset the expenses of attending SIU Carbondale. This scholarship is intended to go to a Debate Team member in good academic standing with a preference given to a student with interest in a career in public service, public policy, politics, diplomacy, or related fields.
