Mrs. Wendi C. Hill

Literature was Marvin Hill’s first love. From the time he was a child growing up in Carbondale, Morris Library enriched his imagination and provided the key that unlocked his lifelong curiosity. Art became his alphabet, but literature was his first language, a language he learned at Morris Library. A title of one of Marvin’s block prints is A Traveler on the Sea of Story, which fits Marvin like a well-worn book jacket.
