Ms. Imogene C. Beckemeyer

As a 1947 graduate of Carlyle, IL High School, I wish to help future graduates. During my two years at CHS, I developed a love of mathematics and teaching plus a desire to go to college. Of parents and grandparents, only my mother went to high school. She was forced to drop out after one year to work on the Schlott family farm. She, a widow for 6 years, encouraged me to continue my education.
