The Mark Stetson Monroe Memorial Cornerstone Scholarship was established by the parents of the late Mark Monroe, a Radio-Television student who passed away during his senior year at SIU Carbondale. This Cornerstone Scholarship is specifically established to attract and retain the brightest and most promising students.
