Ms. Lalla G. Duty

The Delos L. Duty Scholarship was established by friends and family in memory of Mr. Duty, who was an attorney in Williamson County for many years, including several years as State’s Attorney duing some of the more notarious years of “Bloody Williamson.” The scholarship is intended to serve students attending the SIU School of Law.
