Ms. Tammy Wetmore, Mrs. Joann G. Seaway, and Kevin Seaway

William T Seaway graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1963 with a BS in Business Administration; and Joann attended SIUC with a major in Special Education. They were married in their last year and did not know how they would be able to pay for tuition. College of Business Dean Henry J. Rehn gave them a financial award so that they could finish their degrees. William and Joann have not forgotten Dean Rehn’s generosity.
