Wilma Hughes Ochs

The Wilma Hughes Ochs Scholarship was established by Mrs. Ochs as a demonstration of her appreciation for the education she received at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Mrs. Ochs received her Bachelor of Science in Latin in 1941 and her Masters of Science in Education in 1949. She was a Latin teacher at Belleville East and Belleville West High Schools in Belleville, IL, and at Collinsville High School in Collinsville, IL.
