SIU Alumni Association Prairie Capitol Chapter Scholarship

The SIU Alumni Association Prairie Capitol Chapter Scholarship will be awarded on a nondiscriminatory basis to all applicants who meet the following criteria:

1. Must be admitted to SIU Carbondale. Preference given to a Carbondale campus student.
2. Must have attended and graduated from a high school or been home schooled in the Illinois counties of Sangamon, Christian, Macon, Macoupin, Montgomery, or Menard.
3. Must have at least a 3.0 high school GPA or transfer GPA.

Preference may be given based on financial need, extracurricular activities, or other criteria as deemed appropriate.
