Legacy Scholarship

The SIU Alumni Association wishes to recognize the unique relationship between SIU alumni and their Alma Mater. To perpetuate this relationship, they endowed the Legacy Scholarship program. Awards will be given to entering and continuing students with a parent, grandparent, sibling, step-parent or legal guardian that is an SIU Carbondale alumnus. Preference will be given to applicants where the related alumnus has held an active membership in the SIU Alumni Association a minimum of three out of the past five years.
