Hubert and Phyllis Norville Opera Scholarship

Mr. and Mrs. Norville established the Hubert and Phyllis Norville Opera Scholarship out of their love for music and their desire to help students pursuing the field of opera at SIU Carbondale.

  • Scholarship for a student studying voice with demonstrated financial need.
  • Recipient must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
