Cindy Donnette Nelson Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a student in Radio, Television, Digital Media or a successor program.
2. Recipient must have a minimum high school GPA of 3.0.
3. Recipient must be a permanent resident of Illinois.
4. Preference shall be given to a resident of one of the following counties in Illinois: Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Monroe, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, St. Clair, Union, Washington, White, Williamson.
