The recipient must be admitted to the Teacher Education Program (TEP), completed a minimum of 3 Curriculum and Instruction methods courses, an active member of the Elementary Education Student Organization (EESO), an Elementary Education or Early Childhood major, full or part time student, with a 3.0 or better grade point average.
