Dr. & Mrs. Carl McDowell Case and Mr. & Mrs. Victor LeGout Scholarship

The Dr. & Mrs. Carl McDowell Case and Mr. & Mrs. Victor LeGout Scholarship was established in memory of Dr. Carl Case who practiced Veterinarian Medicine in Sumner Illinois for many years. While Carl worked on his Veterinarian degree in Indianapolis his wife stayed home and cared for the farm and their four children. Catherine, Carl’s daughter, established this scholarship for student(s) in Pre-Veterinary Medicine at Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

• Scholarship for a student with at least junior standing in the Pre-Veterinary program.
• Recipient must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrated financial need.
