Rhine Latowsky Harrison Scholarship in Education

1. Recipients must be majoring in Education.
2. Recipients must be in good academic standing.
3. Recipients must demonstrate financial need.
4. Eligible recipients must be Illinois residents excluding the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Macon, Peoria, Rock Island, Sangamon and Will.
5. It is the donor’s preference that recipients come from a small town.
6. Scholarship is renewable for up to three years if all conditions continue to be met.
