Senator Penny Severns Making a Difference Scholarship Fund

For students making a difference, this Severns Award requires a student to be enrolled full-time with high academic standing, demonstrated leadership, participation in extra-curricular activities, involved in community service activities and possess a demonstrated need. The applicant must also submit an essay on the ability of each person to make a difference.
