Senator Penny Severns Women's Public Service Scholarship

The Senator Penny Severns Women’s Public Service Scholarship will be awarded to a full-time undergraduate student with demonstrated leadership, a commitment to a career in public service, and demonstrated financial need. The applicant must also submit an essay on a public policy issue. Preference shall be given to a female student.
