Randall Nelson Scholarship

1. Recipient must be a junior or senior from Illinois (preferably southern Illinois), or Alabama if an eligible applicant from Illinois cannot be found.
2. The student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3, be interested in politics, constitutional law, American history, and/or the law in general, have an interest in public/community service, including, but not limited to the SIU community.
3. If the scholarship is given to a student with junior standing, the award is renewable for the student’s senior year if a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 is maintained.
