Hope and Opportunity Scholarship

The Hope and Opportunity Scholarship was established to enhance the accessibility and achievement of traditionally under-represented racial/ethnic minority students who have demonstrated financial need and have experienced and overcome compelling social, cultural, economic and educational barriers.
