Historically, Asset & Allocation and Diversification have been a very important part of any investment strategy since Harry Markowitz first published his dissertation on “Portfolio Selection” in 1952. Four decades later, he was awarded the Nobel Price in Economics for his work on the subject. Some skeptics are questioning whether his theories are still applicable.
