• Scholarship for students in the School of Education with demonstrated financial need, as determined by the SIU Financial Aid Office.
• Eligible recipients must be Illinois residents excluding the following counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Macon, Peoria, Rock Island, Sangamon and Will.
