• Awardee to be selected from five senior-level students majoring in political science who hold the highest grade point average.
• Candidates will submit one example of their best written work and two or more letters of recommendation from political science faculty members best able to appraise their scholarship.
• Additional weight to be given to nominees showing political science-related extracurricular activities.
