Clint and Deb McDonnough Scholarship

Clint McDonnough grew up in Pinckneyville, IL, and graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 1977 with an accounting degree. He began his career with Ernst & Young in 1977 in the St. Louis office where he met Deb. Deb McDonnough is from Highland, IL, and graduated with an accounting degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

In 1982 Clint transferred to the National office where he worked on the development of the firm’s audit approach and statistical sampling. 1985 brought Clint to Dallas where he still resides with his wife Deb and their three children. Clint and Deb believe that a college degree is the gateway to help fulfill career goals. Growing up in southern Illinois, they wanted to provide financial support and opportunities for southern Illinois high school graduates to pursue a college degree in business and to inspire them to contribute to the southern Illinois economy in a leadership role.
