  • Scholarship for a student who graduated from a high school or was home-schooled in one of the following counties in Illinois or Missouri:
    • Illinois: Bond, Calhoun, Clinton, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison, Monroe, or St. Clair
    • Missouri: Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis County, Warren, Washington, or Crawford
  • Recipients must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
