Emma and Earl Tally Scholarship

• Scholarship for a student athlete from one of the following southern Illinois counties: Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Massac, Monroe, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Saline, St. Clair, Union, Washington, White, Williamson.
• Recipient must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
