Mrs. Elizabeth F. Goyak Department of Economics Scholarship

The Mrs. Elizabeth F. Goyak Department of Economics Scholarship was established through a generous bequest from Mrs. Elizabeth F. Goyak. Mrs. Goyak received her Bachelor of Education Degree (B.Ed.) at SIU in 1943 (studying both Economics and History) and it is her wish to reward and encourage other students pursuing the field of economics. This endowment will serve as a perpetual reminder of Mrs. Goyak’s generosity and commitment to SIUC and the Department of Economics.

• Scholarship for a full-time junior or senior majoring in Economics.
• Recipient must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated financial need, as determined by the SIU Financial Aid Office.
