• Scholarship for an incoming freshman from one of the following counties in southern Illinois: Alexander, Clay, Clinton, Edwards, Franklin, Galatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Johnson, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, Massac, Monroe, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Richland, Saline, St. Clair, Union, Wabash, Washington, Wayne, White and Williamson.
• Recipient must be majoring in one of the following majors in the College of Agricultural, Life, and Physical Sciences:
  • Animal Science, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Crop, Soil, Environmental Management, Fermentation Science, Forestry, Geography & Environmental Resources, Geology, Horticulture, Microbiology, Physics, Physiology, Plant Biology, Zoology.
