Scholarship for an SIU Student who attended and graduated from one of the following Maryland counties: Washington, Frederick, Carroll, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Harford, Cecil, Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Calvert, St. Marys, Charles, Prince George’s; one of the following Virginia counties: Loudoun, Fairfax, Falls Church, Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William, Westmorland, King George, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Culpeper, Fauquier; or DC – District of Columbia high schools or been home schooled in one of these counties.
