Scholarship for an undergraduate 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year student majoring in engineering.
Recipients must be from one of the counties included in IDOT Highway District 9: Alexander, Franklin, Gallatin, Hardin, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Perry, Pope, Pulaski, Saline, Union, or Williamson.
Recipient must have financial need as determined by the SIU Financial Aid Office and must hold a summer or part-time job while attending school.
