Madison County Bar Association

The Madison County Bar Association established the Madison County, Illinois, Bar Association Scholarship to support law students from Madison County who have expressed an interest in providing legal services to underprivileged populations.

The Madison County Bar Association also established the Judge James O. Monroe, Jr. Award to award law students for excellence in furtherance of the ideals of Judge James O. Monroe, Jr.
