Mr. James B. and Mrs. Rosemary S. Childress

James B. & Rosemary Samuel Childress of Carterville, IL were married while Jim was going to Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Jim had a job at the post office in Carterville where he worked 50 hours a week while going to SIUC. He remembers that he had to beat the mail truck home. Jim and Rosemary wanted to ease the financial burden of a business student with a scholarship to help pay for tuition.
